Reminder that school is closed on Monday, April 8th due to the Eclipse / Teacher Professional Day.
We will be offering the Accuplacer exam on MAY 8th!
YOU MUST TAKE STEPS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO TAKE IT!
1) You must first complete the first steps of the CCP process.
*Turn in the intent form
*Attend a CCP info session.
2) You must apply to North Central State College for the CCP program.
*Once you apply, you must also email Mrs. Love to send over your transcript.
*North Central State College is offering the Accuplacer for us for free ONLY IF YOU APPLY. If you haven't applied by May 1st, there is a chance they will not be able to process your application in time.
3) What if you are wanting to attend a different college for CCP classes?
*You will need to contact the CCP advisor at that school to set up a time to take the Accuplacer there.
*Again, this is a free service for NCSC applicants only.
4) Notify me that you want to take it. Leading up to the exam, I will be in contact with NCSC to ensure that you have everything completed. NCSC issues a "code" for you to take the test. If you don't complete the steps in time, you'll need to contact them and schedule a different time to take it on their campus in Mansfield, or possibly remotely (don't rely on the remote option b/c there are only so many slots they offer).

Centerburg Local Schools will be operating on a one hour delay today Feb. 28th due to the tornado warning in our area.
For those interested in playing HS baseball this spring, mandatory practice begins on Monday 2/19 for all non winter sport athletes.

Game Times: A schedule will be given out at practice-approx. start time 1:30
Practices: 4th & 5th Grade March 7, 14, 21, April 4
3:30-5:00 at Elementary Gym
6th Grade March 6,13, 20, April 3
3:30-5:00 at HS Gym
Cost: $50
Registration is due February 23rd.

Girls Basketball at East Knox is canceled. Rescheduled date is Feb. 17th; JV 1:00pm, Varsity 1:45pm
Wrestling at Jonathan Alder beginning at 5:30pm
HS Practices will resume as scheduled. Coaches will communicate on time, if there are changes.
Tomorrow (1/20):
Varsity Girls Basketball vs Cardington begins at 2:45pm.
Boys Freshman Basketball is Canceled.
Boys JV Basketball will begin at 4:30pm, Varsity will follow (roughly 6:00pm) .
Mini Cheer night has been rescheduled to 2/10 combining with Boys CYBL Night.
Middle school families: With school being closed, the dance scheduled for tonight will be postponed. It is now scheduled for March 8th from 7:30 - 9:30 PM (more time to practice those dancing moves!). Stay safe and warm today!❄️
