The Centerburg Athletic Booster Club is in need of your support at the Hartford Fair Concessions. The CABC realizes that your time is valuable and we appreciate your willingness to support us in this endeavor. As a sign of our gratitude we will provide you with free admission to the fair on the day of your shift and feed you during your shift. Parents: Final Forms are updated for the upcoming school year and ready to be completed! Please log into your account and update your students forms. If you have a MS/HS student, they will also need to log in and complete their portion of the forms. If your MS/HS student is playing a fall school sport, physicals are due by Aug 1st! Please download them from the school website (under athletics) and turn them into the office so we can upload those to FF. If you are new to the district or did not fill out Final Forms last year they are necessary and will need to be completed prior to picking up schedules or getting your child's teacher info. As your students and their families begin their preparations heading into the 2021/22 school year, we would like to send out a reminder that the Knox County Community Health Center offers $20 state required immunizations and $20 sports physicals.Throughout July, we are reserving appointment slots specifically for our back-to-school services. This ensures that we are available when it's most convenient for families. Please contact the health department with any questions!

Here is some info about the upcoming back to school immunization clinics at the health department. By Appointment: Tuesday's July 13th & 20th 8:00-4:00 Wednesday's July 14th & 21st 4:00-6:30 Thursday's July 15th & 22nd 8:00-4:00 Saturday's August 7th & 28th 9:00-12:00 Walk-Ins are welcome at the Saturday August 28th clinic 9:00-12:00. Those interested can call 740-399-8009 to schedule an appointment.

Alyssa Harry volunteered to come in during summer to help decorate the wall space outside the MS/HS office! We absolutely love it and appreciate her hard work and enthusiasm. Thank you Alyssa!

Last night Ben and Chloe were recognized for their amazing accomplishments this year in track. Both Chloe and Ben made it to states and did extremely well! But most importantly, they are great students, classmates and role models for our younger students. #TrojanPride

KCH will be offering sports physicals on Saturday June 19th from 9am to noon at the high school. Any student currently in grades 6-11 that plans to participate in athletics for the 21/22 school year is eligible to participate. The sports physicals are FREE. Physical forms can be picked up in the office or printed off of Final Forms. The physical forms must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian, or you will not be able to complete the physical.
