As a reminder, school is closed on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 for the teacher in service day.

Poor attendance has consequences. Missing school doesn’t just mean missing a lesson. It can mean missing opportunities to learn, connect, participate, build relationships, and develop the skills needed for future success. The same is true in the workplace: when you miss work, you can miss important information, responsibilities, connections, and opportunities. It’s time to get traveling. We are going to London, Paris, and Barcelona in June of 2028! The trip is open to students who will have finished 7th -12th grade by June of 2028. There is still time to sign up for 5th grade Band! Please contact Mrs. Teschler to sign up for an Instrument Fitting time this Tuesday or Thursday between 4:00 and 7:00. (15 minute time slots). *over 50 colleges will be in one location so you can meet with reps and ask questions in a one-stop-shop design!

Please register before walking into the building (if possible).

26-27 Homecoming Information

All guest forms must be turned in AND approved by Mr. Garee before you purchase tickets. Guest forms are available online and in the front office.

Tickets are $10 for all students and guests.

All school rules apply at the dance; no exceptions!

No re-entry if you exit the building. Once you’re in the building, you’re in until you leave for the night.

The dance is from 8-11pm in the cafeteria.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the dance begins.

No song requests at the dance!

Tickets can be purchased during your lunch period and before school starting September 23th. After school sales times: Thursday, Sept 24th from 4-7:30 at the concession stand in the cafeteria. If you cannot make it from the KCCC to purchase tickets at this time, email Mrs. Barnard to work something out.

🏈 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 🏈

Join us this Friday night as your Centerburg Trojans host the East Knox Bulldogs!

As part of our First Responder and Military Appreciation Night, all first responders, current military members, and veterans will receive free admission.

Before the National Anthem, we will also hold a special tribute honoring the victims of September 11 and those who courageously answered the call to serve.

All participating Middle School and Colt football players and cheerleaders receive FREE admission when they wear their uniform! Come out, pack Trojan Stadium, and support the Trojans under the Friday night lights! GET TO THE GAME! GO TROJANS!

Prior to tonight's game, at 6:30PM, we will be recognizing the Colt/MS Football and Cheer Programs.
