All district offices will be closed on Monday morning for a district wide staff meeting from 8-9:30am.

The Elementary will be open the last day of school Thursday, May 25th! Schedule for the day: 3-5 Field Day - 8:45am - 10:45am 1st Grade Awards - 8:45am 2nd Grade Awards - 9:30am Normal Lunch times K-2 Field Day - 12:45-2:45 3rd Grade Awards - 1:15pm 4th Grade Awards - 2:00pm 5th Grade Awards - 2:30pm 5th grade Clap Out - 2:55pm We could use 4 more volunteers for the 3-5 morning Field Day. Please contact Mr. Thompson if you are able to volunteer.

The Elementary will be closed on Wednesday, May 24th. The MS/HS will be in session. Repairmen are working all day today to make repairs so that we will be open to have school on Thursday, May 25th. We plan to have Field Day and Awards Assemblies on that last day. There will be a message sent out tomorrow to confirm. Again thank you for your patience.

The Elementary will be closed Tuesday, May 23rd. MS/HS will still be in session. Tomorrow there will be an inspection to determine if the Elementary will be able to open for the last few days of school. After the inspection, another update will be sent out tomorrow. Thank you for your patience while we ensure the safety of students returning to the building.

There was an electrical fire at the Elementary school that has caused damage. Thankfully no one was injured in the fire. We are still assessing the damage and starting to clean up. There will be no school on Monday, May 22nd for Elementary Students. MS/HS will still have school. Bus pick up and drop off for MS/HS students will be off by about 10 minutes, since no Elementary students will be riding. Thank you to the fire departments that responded so quickly!

Reminder! Kindergarten Registration is April 12-13th at the Centerburg Church of Christ! Registration is appointment only - if you have not made an appointment it is not too late! please email miguel.thompson@centerburgschools.org or call the Elementary School to register. Your child must be 5 by August 1, 2023 to be able to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year. We do accept Open Enrollment for Kindergarten on a first come first served basis.

January Student of the Month Breakfast is Thursday, February 23 at 8:30 in the Multi Purpose Room. Please make sure all students check in with their teachers before they attend the breakfast.

Attention New Traffic Pattern at Elementary starting Feb. 21st Pick up and drop off has been slower due to water line construction on Dally St. For Drop Off and Pick up please Follow the traffic pattern for the main parking lot. See attached picture. Follow the loop. At the Crosswalk it is one way traffic. Cones will be up at crosswalk. Reminder: Drop off - pull into the drop off area for quick drop off. Park in the parking lot if you need to bring something into the building Pick up - K/1 students need to be collected from ticket booth, please park in parking lot. Pick up in pick up/drop off area - pull forward as far as you can.
