OSA Members

On Thursday evening, October 23, 2025, Centerburg High School held its annual Ohio Scholars’ Association (OSA) Induction Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Eighteen outstanding students were formally inducted, recognizing their commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and service.

This year’s inductees were: Morgan Beaver, Tressie Beverly, Tesla Blankenship, Journey Diddon, Gwennan Ellis, Kailee Foreman, Morgan Gaboric, Audrey Garner, Stella Herouvis, Claire Hill, Rhian Kemble, Aurora McKee, Dayna Meier, Grace Neighborgall, Skylar Parker, Jocelyn Tabor, Elizabeth Waddell, and Levi Wolford.

Under the direction of OSA advisor and social studies teacher Mrs. Lisa Overly, the ceremony celebrated the core OSA traits of Integrity, Community Involvement, Student Involvement, and Academic Excellence. Membership in the association is reserved for students who demonstrate these values and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher.  When asked thoughts on the evening’s inductees, Mrs. Overly responded, “I am thrilled to have such a large group of students joining our organization.  These are all remarkable students, and I know we are going to have a fantastic year because of them.”

Senior Lilliana Donabauer, OSA President, presided over the evening’s ceremony, offering words of encouragement and pride in the inductees’ achievements. She was joined by senior officers Emma Parsisson (Vice President), Sophie Garcia (Secretary), Payton Tucker (Treasurer), and Allison Wilhelm (Social Media Coordinator), who each took part in introducing the inductees and reading their academic biographies.

The event served not only as a celebration of individual achievement but also as an inspiration for the broader student body to pursue excellence in all areas of school and community life. Congratulations to the newest members of the Ohio Scholars’ Association for their hard work, character, and dedication to the Trojan tradition of success.
